We were asked to draw a "Wishing Tree", a staple of Chinese New Year celebrations.  For a real wishing tree, attendees are asked to write their wish for the upcoming year on one of these cards, which had an orange tied to it.  The wishes would then be hung on the tree.  For our mural, hundreds of people can write their wishes directly onto the "cards", which are of course already on the tree.
