The "Dells On Tap" event is a beer festival put on by Wisconsin Dells Festivals.  They wanted us to represent the Wisconsin Dells rock formation---the way it's used in their event poster, with the guy jumping between the rocks.  For beer events, we like that adults like to color beer bottles, so we floated a bunch of them in the scene, like it's raining beer bottles and mugs.  We drew the event logo onto the mugs, the tap, and some of the beer bottles.  We asked what else their event was known for, and when the answer was "pretzels", we had it rain pretzels as well.
